How we work together.

The SOP Blueprint — $500 to $750

If a key process currently lives in someone's head or a few weathered pages filled with lots of additional scribbled instructions, this engagement teases all of those details out, documents it, and hands it back as a clear, usable reference. One process, up to 30 steps long. I do the extraction through conversation; no pre-work required from you.

What you receive: a written step-by-step procedure, a visual flowchart, and a checklist version where the process supports it.

Timeline: 5 to 10 business days.

Price: $500 for a straightforward single-owner process; $750 for a multi-role process with handoffs and decision points. We confirm which applies before you pay.
 

If the documentation conversation reveals waste or inefficiency, I will note it honestly. That conversation sometimes leads naturally to the next step below.

The 30-day process audit — $2,500

Within a 30-day fixed-fee engagement, we focus on a single data pipeline of up to 30 process steps. We map how it actually works today, put hard dollar costs on any waste in the flow, and design a leaner future state. You receive a concrete technical roadmap; specific, actionable, and yours to implement at your own pace, including projected implementation costs so you can weigh the real cost of changing against the real cost of staying put with real data.


What the engagement includes: a kickoff call with you and whoever knows the process best; a one-page current-state map with timings and bottlenecks identified; a quantified savings bridge using your actual numbers; and a future-state blueprint with specific recommendations.


Price: $2,500. If we don't identify at least twice that in recoverable annual savings, you pay nothing. Hands-on implementation support is available as a separate engagement once your blueprint is in hand.
