What the engagement includes: a kickoff call with you and whoever knows the process best; a one-page current-state map with timings and bottlenecks identified; a quantified savings bridge using your actual numbers; and a future-state blueprint with specific recommendations.
Price: C$2,500. If we don't identify at least twice that in recoverable annual savings, you pay nothing.
