Your shop floor is lean. Your front office isn't.

We help manufacturers fix the front-office friction that causes slow quotes, order mistakes, and missed deadlines, so your team can focus on more valuable work.

Does this sound familiar?

Your office staff is loyal and hardworking, but you still hear the rumblings: slow quotes are costing you deals, order mistakes are creating expensive rework, and deadlines keep slipping.

After more than two decades in IT support, I saw this waste up close every day. I saw great companies get bogged down by messy office workflows that were often left untouched. The thinking is understandable: 'Why disrupt a loyal, hardworking team?' But that hesitation means good people are stuck using, and fighting, bad processes. That 'friction' isn't just an annoyance. It's a hidden tax on every dollar you make, paid in wasted payroll, lost sales, and frustrated customers.

Let's bring shop-floor thinking to your front office.

Our FrontOffice360™ framework is a straightforward, step-by-step process for finding and fixing the root cause of operational friction. We don't start with technology. We start by mapping out how work gets done today.

Our focus is always on the process, not the people. We help visualize, then simplify and standardize your processes first. Only then do we look at where tools like AI or software automation can give you the biggest return, not just add another layer of complexity. This turns your business from a high-stress job into a valuable, sellable asset.

Greg is exceptionally detail-oriented and thorough. He communicates with honesty and care, clearly expressing what he knows and what he doesn’t. He listens attentively, taking in all aspects of a conversation before offering thoughtful, solution-oriented suggestions. Throughout our collaboration, he has shown great patience and a genuine commitment to helping solve our challenges. - EB, Strategic Initiatives Manager - April 2025

Thinking about your ERP? Get the decision right.

Adopting or adapting an ERP system is a massive investment, and a common point of failure for manufacturers. We help you reduce the risks of ERP-related business decisions by getting your processes right before you start your Google search or talk to a single vendor.

The product of our work gives you the objective clarity and confidence to:

  • Decide if you truly need an ERP after your processes are streamlined.

  • Fix your current ERP implementation by showing you how it can adapt to better workflows.

  • Justify replacing a system which is a poor fit for your business and will always be a constraint.

We do not implement ERPs. We provide the process clarity you need to do it right the first time.

About Transform180

My name is Greg Kroeker. I started Transform180 because I saw too many great manufacturing businesses, and especially their owners and managers, held back by frustrating office processes. Too often, the owner and/or senior managers are the most talented and driven people in the company, and also the biggest bottleneck.

My goal is to provide practical, no-nonsense help. This isn't about delivering a 50-page report you don't have time to read. It's about finding the real problem and building a simple solution that works, and working with your valuable people to implement it. Change is always hard, but my passion is to help it hurt less.

Your first step: the Front-Office Health Check

This isn't about judging your people. It's about fixing the broken process that causes them frustration. For owners who know there's a problem but aren't sure where to start, a Health Check is a small, fixed-price project designed to give you a quick win and a clear path forward. We focus on one specific process, like purchasing, quoting or order entry, and give you a complete diagnosis.

What you get:

  • A 2-hour discovery session with you and your team.

  • A detailed value stream map of your chosen process, showing every step.

  • A simple report identifying the top 3-5 areas of waste, friction, and cost.

  • A clear, actionable roadmap of next steps.

Fixed fee: $2,500 (plus applicable taxes)
