Meeting and conversation recordings

  • For mutual convenience and protection, Transform180 routinely records meetings and all other interactions (including phone and video calls) involving Transform180 representatives. We do this to promote accuracy, efficiency, and clear documentation of discussion highlights, action items, and agreed commitments.

  • Under Manitoba's one-party consent legislation, meeting and phone/video conversation recordings only require consent from one participant. Transform180 representatives, acting as the consenting party, may initiate recordings without additional explicit participant consent at the time of recording. All external meeting invitees will receive advance notification of our recording policy through meeting invitations. Additionally, by initiating or scheduling any meeting or call with Transform180, even if arranged outside of our regular meeting invitation process, you acknowledge awareness and acceptance of this recording policy.

  • If you prefer not to have part or all of a conversation recorded, please notify your Transform180 representative in advance. We will respect your request, but please keep in mind this may require scheduling longer meetings to accommodate manual note-taking and accurately capture key points. 

  • At your request, Transform180 will provide access to the meeting recording, detailed transcript, and/or an AI-generated meeting summary, post-interaction with a Transform180 representative.

  • We securely store and manage all recordings, transcripts, and summaries in accordance with recognized privacy and security standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 guidelines. These recordings and related materials are confidential and used only by authorized Transform180 representatives to fulfill business obligations effectively and maintain accurate service delivery records.

  • Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are securely retained only as long as required to satisfy business documentation requirements, compliance obligations, or legal obligations, after which we securely delete them.

Privacy policy

  • Transform180 collects personal information (such as name, email, and organization) solely to fulfill your requests for product information, consultation, or resources, and may occasionally contact you directly via email regarding your inquiry or related Transform180 products. Additionally, Transform180 may record meetings and phone/video conversations as described under the "Meeting and conversation recordings" section above.

  • We commit to protecting customer privacy and will never share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties unless explicitly authorized by you or required by law.

  • Your personal data is stored securely and accessed strictly by authorized Transform180 personnel only. You may request to review, update, or delete your information at any time.
